The request should be filed by the User whose data has been collected by HHO, or another person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf. Adults are allowed to submit verifiable requests on behalf of a minor.
When submitting your request, please make sure that you provide us with enough information to confirm that you are the person whose information we have collected. Additionally, please provide as much information as possible about your request so that we can respond to it in a satisfactory manner.
Please take into consideration that a User is only allowed to submit a request for access or data portability two times within a twelve month period.
At HHO, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. We will confirm your request within 48 hours of receipt and complete it within 45 days, as stated by the CCPA. If we need more time to complete your request, we will contact you. Your request response will be delivered electronically.
Your Rights to Opt-In/Opt-Out
