Directions

- 3 ripened avocados – peeled, pitted, and mashed
- Juice of one lime

- 1/2 diced red onion

- 2 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp of minced garlic
- A pinch of pink salt and pepper for taste
- 1 pinch of ground cayenne pepper

Directions
- In a bowl, mash together avocados, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the onion, cilantro, tomatoes, cayenne pepper, and garlic.
