HHO gathers User’s information directly and indirectly. HHO gathers User information directly when a User creates an account, places an order, or answers a survey on the Site. When a User navigates the Site, HHO gathers information indirectly through cookies or other apps.

At HHO, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. We will confirm your request within 48 hours of receipt and complete it within 45 days, as stated by the CCPA. If we need more time to complete your request, we will contact you. Your request response will be delivered electronically.
