Made by Hemp: Cooling CBD Salve is best for use on skin, hair and nails, but it is not for ingestion. Keep it away from the eye area, and patch test a small amount before using it on any skin which may be sensitive. Do not use on areas with severe rashes, burns or injuries, unless directed to by a health care practitioner.

1. Ensure that the area you are placing the lotion on is clean and dry to allow for maximum absorption.
2. Place a dime-sized dollop of salve into the center of your palm, and rub it between your hands a little bit to ensure that it is the right consistency and temperature.
3. Massage into affected area with slow, circular motions.
4. Wait several minutes to feel the effects. You should feel a calming, cooling sensation within a matter of minutes.
5. Add more salve as desired.
