How to Use the Hemp Tape

For better results, place on a clean and dry surface of the skin.

Here are the steps:

1. Clean the skin where you will be placing the tape
2. Remove liner from the tape strip while avoiding touching the adhesive
3. Press the patch onto your skin firmly while avoiding stretching the last 2 inches of the end of the tape
4. Heat activated adhesive, rub for 10-15 seconds with the palm or fingers

The tape sticks best on areas of the skin with minimal hair.

Before workout – It is recommended applying 2 hours in advance of an activity

After workout – It is recommended applying a single strip of tape post-workout
